Wine Tasting Notes
Elegant and expressive, the 2022 Cabernet Franc highlights the distinctive character of this classic Bordeaux varietal. A small addition of complementary varietals enhances structure and balance while allowing Cabernet Franc’s aromatic signature and lively character to remain at the forefront.
Layered aromas of dark berries, warm spice, and vanilla, accented by fresh mint and subtle savoury notes of black olive.Smooth and structured with soft, integrated tannins. Flavours of mint, smoked meat, and white pepper unfold across the palate, leading to a long, savoury finish with balanced acidity.
Winemakers Notes
Extended aging in new oak barrels has brought depth and refinement to the wine, integrating rich spice and savoury complexity with the vibrant fruit profile typical of Cabernet Franc.
