Located on 55 acres in The Township of Langley, Chaberton produces award winning wines from grapes from its own Fraser Valley property, as well as grapes from selected Okanagan and Similkameen Valley Vineyards. The Bacchus Bistro is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced cook.

About the Role: Working in the Bacchus Bistro, the ideal candidate will have a passion for wine, food and an attention for detail and quality.
- Preparing and plating meals with high quality control
- Able to communicate loud, clear and concise
- Work within a galley style kitchen in a fast-paced environment
- Able to uphold a level of cleanliness for your area
- Able to function in a high volume, high paced environment
- Have a positive and team-oriented attitude
- Perform other duties as assigned
About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Able to work Wednesday – Sunday, Lunch and/or Dinner Shifts
- Ability to treat associates and guests with respect
- Positive attitude
- Ability to adapt to different situations, and be willing to keep learning
- Hold a valid Food Safe Certificate (Or equivalent)
- 1-3 years experience in a kitchen environment, or culinary school preferred
- Ability to work in Canada
Salary:
- Wage based on experience
- Part time to start, but could lead to full time
