Description
Wine Tasting Notes

Fresh and inviting aromas of cranberry and raspberry are complemented by delicate baking spice and subtle oak nuances. Juicy and elegant with vibrant red berry flavours supported by bright acidity and soft, refined tannins. Gentle French oak contributes subtle spice and texture, creating a balanced wine with a smooth, lingering finish.

Best served chilled at approximately 14 degrees Celsius.

Wine Makers Notes

Matured for eight months in French oak barrels, including 30% new oak and 70% neutral oak, the wine develops additional texture and complexity while preserving Gamay Noir’s naturally fresh fruit profile. The result is a silky, medium-bodied red with vibrant acidity, subtle spice, and exceptional drinkability.

Food Pairing Notes

A versatile red that pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes:

• Herb-roasted chicken

• Duck breast with berry reduction

• Mushroom risotto

• Charcuterie and pâté

• Grilled salmon or tuna

• Brie, Camembert, and Gruyère cheeses
