Wine Tasting Notes
This AC begins with an intense aroma of prunes, raspberry jam and vanilla with a hint of toasted rye and coffee. This silky Bordeaux style wine has a dark fruit driven palate with flavours of pomegranate and sweet cherry, and a long finish of dark chocolate.
Winemaker Notes
This blend composition is 54% 2015 Merlot, 46% 2015 Cabernet Franc from the sunny hills of Oliver,BC. They ranged from aging in barrel for 30 months in 50% new French oak and 50% neutral French and American Oak.
