Description
Wine Tasting Notes

This expressive Madeleine Sylvaner from the Fraser Valley showcases a beautifully nuanced winemaking approach. On the nose, inviting aromas of ripe pear, yellow plum, and a whisper of popcorn intertwine with elegant vanilla undertones. The palate delivers flavours of quince, lemon zest, and a delicate echo of that same popcorn note, all carried by a full-bodied, rounded structure.

Winemakers Notes

Seventeen percent of the wine was fermented in new French oak barrels, imparting subtle layers of vanilla and a gentle, toasty character. The remainder fermented in stainless steel tanks, preserving the grape’s bright aromatics and freshness. Both portions were aged on lees lending a rich, textural complexity.

Food Pairing Notes

Pair with oysters, light chicken dishes and crisp salads
Try a Chicken Roulade, with marinated tomatoes
