Wine Tasting Notes
Luscious, aromatic, and beautifully balanced, our 2025 Late Harvest Ortega showcases the concentrated character of estate-grown Fraser Valley fruit. Crafted predominantly from Ortega with a small addition of oak-aged Viognier, this dessert-style wine combines rich natural sweetness of honey, lemon tart and dried fruit with vibrant acidity, creating an elegant balance of fruit, freshness, and texture.
Winemaker Notes
Grapes were left on the vine until mid-October, allowing the fruit to develop greater concentration and naturally elevated sugar levels. Whole clusters were gently pressed before fermentation, which was arrested by cooling the wine to -4°C to preserve its natural residual sugar.
