Wine Tasting Notes
With aromas of sweet cherry and vanilla, with a hint of spice, this estate grown varietal has silky tannins and flavours of cranberry, blackberry and cherry. Medium body on the palate, a delicate balance of fruit forward intensity, herbal complexity and an oak aged finesse offering a continued intrigue and enjoyment.
Wine Makers Notes
Grown in the Fraser Valley and aged for 15 months in 25% new french oak barrels and other 75% in neutral mostly american oak barrels.

Turkey and chicken dishes, tuna steak.
