Wine Tasting Notes
From the moment you uncork the bottle, you’re greeted by an enchanting bouquet of cinnamon and clove, weaving together notes of spice and savoury. On the palate, this Syrah continues to impress with its rich and velvety texture. The initial taste reveals a vibrant burst of blackberry, its juicy, ripe essence beautifully intertwined with the deeper, darker notes of prune.
Winemaker Notes
Aged in a combination of French, American, and Hungarian oak for an average of 25 months to produce a more savoury spice and full flavour.

Pair with grilled meats, roast lamb, and rich, savoury stews
