Wine Tasting Notes
Velvety tannins that reach the mid palate with notes of mint and cocoa. The 30 months in a combination of new and neutral oak brings out the aromas of black currant, dark chocolate and vanilla, making this a truly wonderful wine.
Winemakers Notes
61% of wine was aged in brand new oak barrels for 30 months, and other 39% in neutral oak for 25 months.
