Wine Tasting Notes
This elegant Unoaked Chardonnay showcases the purity of the fruit with aromas of wet stone, lemon tart, apricot, and lemon marmalade. On the palate, bright lime, roasted hazelnut, and honeysuckle notes are framed by crisp, refreshing acidity.
Winemaker Notes
87% of the grapes were destemmed and free-run juice collected for fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The remaining 13% was whole-bunch pressed and fermented separately in stainless steel. Wine aged on lees for 7 months, enhancing texture and mouthfeel without oak influence, highlighting purity and mineral character.
