Wine Tasting Notes
Gewürztraminer is a German term that means “Spiced Traminer” or “Perfumed Traminer” and the grapes originated from the Alsace region of France.
Highly aromatic with notes of rose petal, ginger, stone fruit, and lychee. Lively and fresh with balanced acidity. Flavours of lemon zest and green apple lead into a clean, mineral-driven finish with subtle richness.
Winemaker Notes
A combination of whole cluster and destemmed berry pressing, along with a short period of skin contact, enhances both aromatic intensity and texture. Cool fermentation and lees aging preserve freshness while building subtle complexity and mouthfeel.
Food Pairing Notes
Veal Schnitzel and light gravy, or a Turkey dinner with stuffing.
