Description
Wine Tasting Notes

Brilliant golden straw with luminous clarity, with layered aromas of vanilla, pineapple, honey, butterscotch, and yellow plum. Rich and textured with notes of toasted oak and lemon zest balanced by a refined mineral backbone. The palate is structured yet fresh, leading to a long, elegant finish.

Winemaker Notes

Whole cluster pressing preserved purity and freshness, while extended barrel aging and lees stirring developed complexity, texture, and depth.
A combination of new and neutral French oak barrels contributes layered richness without overwhelming the wine’s vibrant fruit and mineral character. Regular lees stirring throughout aging enhanced mouthfeel and created a beautifully integrated palate.

Food Pairing Notes

A versatile and luxurious pairing for rich and savoury dishes like butter poached lobster, roast chicken or turkey and aged Gruyère or Comté cheese.
