Crafted from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc grown in Oliver, BC, this fortified wine is rich, smooth, and indulgent. Aged in barrels for over two years, it reveals aromas of chocolate mousse, dried fruits, and candied fruit. On the palate, layers of dark chocolate, cherry pudding, and ripe jam unfold with a silky, warming finish.
