Wine Tasting Notes
Opens with an expressive nose of apricot, peach, and ripe pear, lifted by the aromatic intensity gained from a brief three‑hour skin contact. The palate is bright and lively, showcasing lemon and orange layered with delicate honeysuckle. Fermented cool in stainless steel and aged two months on lees, it offers a fresh, crisp structure with subtle roundness and a clean, vibrant finish.
Winemaker Notes
Beautifully aromatic with a fresh fruit-forward character, this silky wine is complimented by a complexity brought forth by the extended aging on the lees. It’s vibrant acidity and expressive flavours make for a wonderful all around wine.

Perfect with spicy prawn dishes, white meats either grilled or pan fried and strong cheeses
