Tasting Notes
Our traditional pink hue adorns this Pinot Gris, along with a soft, creamy mouthfeel created by lingering skin contact before the cool temperature fermentation. A subtle minerality persists throughout the wine, showcasing the cool climate Fraser Valley grapes.
Winemakers Notes
Pale pink coloured, with a nose of grapefruit, rose petal, and bubblegum. Flavours of cantaloupe and peach yogurt, with a long finish and fresh acidity. Skin contact for 24 hours.
