Wine Tasting Notes
The Zweigelt Gewürztraminer blend underwent 48 hours of skin contact together to obtain that deep pink colour. The free run juice was joined by Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris to produce wonderful notes of rhubarb, raspberry, and cranberry. Leaving vibrant notes of pomegranate and watermelon on the palate.
Winemaker Notes
Short skin contact for 48 hours to produce a strawberry hue. Fermented in a stainless steel tank with aromatic yeast.

Enjoy this wine with creamy brie, poultry, and grilled salmon
