Wine, Chocolate & a Little Valentine’s Magic at Chaberton Estate Winery

February is all about indulgence, and at Chaberton Estate Winery, we’re leaning fully into the season with something truly irresistible. This Valentine’s week, we’re bringing together two timeless favourites—Chaberton wines and Lindt chocolates—for a pairing experience designed to delight every sense.

From February 13th to 15th, join us all day in the Wine Shop for our Valentine’s Wine & Chocolate Pairing, a sweet and sophisticated way to celebrate love, friendship, or simply treating yourself (because yes, you absolutely deserve it).

For just $5 per person, guests will enjoy five featured Chaberton wines, each thoughtfully paired with a Lindt chocolate ball, served alongside every pour. These pairings are carefully curated to complement and elevate one another—moving gracefully from bright and floral expressions to rich and bold finishes. It’s a delicious reminder that wine and chocolate truly are meant to be enjoyed together. (Please note due to space, groups of 6 or more will need a reservation)

No reservations are required for groups of 5 or less, for the pairing—simply drop by and enjoy. Pairings are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, making it easy to add a little indulgence to your day.

To complete the experience, we invite you to dine at Bacchus Bistro, where seasonal menus, estate wines, and vineyard views set the scene for a memorable Valentine’s celebration. Bacchus Bistro is fully booked on Saturday, February 14th for both lunch and dinner, but there is still limited availability on Friday, February 13th for lunch and dinner, and Sunday, February 15th for lunch.
