Pure, vibrant, and elegantly expressive, our 2023 Unoaked Chardonnay highlights the natural character of premium Okanagan Valley Chardonnay. Produced without oak influence, this wine emphasizes freshness, precision, and minerality while allowing the fruit to take centre stage.
The majority of the fruit was destemmed before pressing, with free-run juice fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve purity and varietal expression. A small portion of whole-bunch pressed fruit added subtle texture and complexity to the final blend. Following fermentation, the wine rested on its lees for seven months, enhancing mouthfeel while maintaining its bright, crisp character.

Appearance
Brilliant pale gold with youthful clarity.
Nose
Elegant aromas of wet stone, citrus minerality, lemon tart, ripe apricot, and lemon marmalade create a fresh and complex bouquet.
Palate
Bright and refreshing with flavours of lime, roasted hazelnut, and delicate honeysuckle. Crisp acidity and pronounced minerality are complemented by a refined texture from extended lees aging, leading to a long, clean finish.
Style
Dry, mineral-driven Chardonnay with vibrant acidity, layered citrus fruit, and a beautifully textured palate free from oak influence.
