Rich, luxurious, and deeply expressive, Tribute is Chaberton Estate Winery’s signature fortified wine, crafted in the tradition of the world’s great fortified reds. Made from carefully selected British Columbia Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc, this wine showcases remarkable depth, concentration, and elegance.

The wine was matured in oak barrels for 24–26 months before being fortified with grain alcohol, preserving its natural richness while allowing the fruit and oak to develop exceptional complexity. The result is a velvety, full-bodied fortified wine with layers of dark fruit, chocolate, and spice that continue to evolve with time.

  • Residual Sugar: 140 g/L

Appearance
Deep, opaque garnet with rich mahogany highlights.

Nose
Luxurious aromas of aged prunes, chocolate mousse, and candied dark fruits unfold with subtle hints of toasted oak and warming spice.

Palate
Silky and richly textured with decadent flavours of dark chocolate, cherry pudding, blackberry preserves, and plum jam. Sweetness is beautifully balanced by fresh acidity, creating a velvety mouthfeel and an exceptionally long, warming finish.
