Lees aging contributes gentle weight and complexity while preserving the wine’s lively, refreshing structure.

- Fermentation: 84% stainless steel, 16% fermented and aged in neutral oak barrels
- Aging: 3 months in neutral oak, 2 months on lees for added texture and balance

Fresh and mineral-driven with flavours of bell pepper, wet stone, and ripe peach. Clean acidity carries through to a focused, refreshing finish with subtle texture from lees contact.
