2024 Estate Grown Ortega
Fraser Valley, British Columbia VQA
Fresh, vibrant, and uniquely expressive, our 2024 Estate Grown Ortega showcases the aromatic potential of one of the Fraser Valley’s signature cool-climate varieties. Predominantly Ortega, with small additions of Schönburger and Siegerrebe, this wine offers an intriguing balance of fruit, texture, and minerality.
Fermented slowly in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to preserve delicate aromatics, the wine was then aged on its lees for three months to build complexity and mouthfeel. The result is a crisp, dry white wine that combines aromatic intensity with a refined texture and refreshing finish.
