La Fleur de Chaberton

Chaberton Estate Winery
2025 La Fleur de Chaberton
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia VQA
Elegant, refreshing, and beautifully expressive, the 2025 La Fleur de Chaberton is a dry rosé that captures the warmth of the growing season and the finesse of carefully crafted winemaking. Predominantly Cabernet Franc, complemented by Viognier and Gewürztraminer, this vintage balances vibrant fruit character with a distinctive mineral core.
The grapes were destemmed and gently pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery to preserve freshness and achieve its delicate sandy-desert hue. Fermentation was carried out primarily in stainless steel to retain aromatic purity and bright fruit expression, while a small portion was fermented in new French oak barrels to add subtle texture and complexity. A brief period of lees aging further enhanced mouthfeel while maintaining the wine’s lively and refreshing style.
