A combination of whole cluster and destemmed berry pressing, along with a short period of skin contact, enhances both aromatic intensity and texture. Cool fermentation and lees aging preserve freshness while building subtle complexity and mouthfeel.

2023 Gewürztraminer

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia VQA

Fragrant, expressive, and richly aromatic, our 2023 Gewürztraminer showcases the classic character of this noble variety while maintaining freshness and balance. Crafted primarily from Gewürztraminer with small additions of Siegerrebe and Pinot Blanc, this wine offers an enticing bouquet and a vibrant palate layered with exotic fruit and floral complexity.

A short period of skin contact prior to pressing enhanced aromatic intensity and varietal expression. Cool fermentation in stainless steel preserved the wine’s delicate perfume and fruit purity, while aging on lees contributed texture and depth without sacrificing freshness.
