2023 Estate Grown Gamay Noir
Fraser Valley, British Columbia VQA
Bright, elegant, and beautifully expressive, our 2023 Estate Grown Gamay Noir showcases the vibrant personality of this classic cool-climate variety. Crafted predominantly from Gamay Noir with a small addition of Pinot Noir, this wine offers lively red fruit character, fresh acidity, and remarkable balance.
Following fermentation, the wine was aged for five months in a combination of new and neutral oak barrels. A small proportion of new oak adds subtle spice and structure, while the neutral barrels preserve the wine’s bright fruit and freshness. The result is a refined, light-bodied red that emphasizes purity, elegance, and drinkability.
