Designed to be vibrant and versatile, this wine reflects the diverse varieties that thrive in the Fraser Valley while delivering a consistently refreshing and food-friendly style.
Carefully blended from eleven different varietals, the wine was fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness, aromatic intensity, and varietal character. The result is a bright, fruit-forward white wine with lively acidity, zesty citrus notes, and a crisp, clean finish that has made Chaberton White a long-standing winery favourite.
