Fresh, vibrant, and crafted for everyday enjoyment, the 2024 Cascadia White celebrates the diverse winegrowing regions of the Pacific Northwest. Sourced from vineyards across the Cascadia region, including British Columbia and Washington State, this blend was created as a special 2024 vintage replacement following the devastating winter freeze that significantly impacted grape production throughout the Okanagan Valley.

Combining aromatic and cool-climate varieties, Cascadia White offers bright fruit character, refreshing acidity, and exceptional versatility. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and varietal expression, the wine delivers inviting aromas, a lively palate, and a crisp, clean finish. As with all Chaberton wines, it is proudly vegan friendly.

Appearance
Pale straw with brilliant clarity and youthful highlights.

Nose
Expressive aromas of stone fruit, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, and tropical fruits, complemented by fresh citrus notes and delicate floral undertones.

Palate
Bright and refreshing with flavours of ripe apricot, honey, lemon, and juicy orchard fruits. Crisp acidity provides balance and structure, carrying through to a clean, zesty finish.
