Bright, vibrant, and fruit-forward, the 2024 Chaberton Pink is a refreshing rosé-style wine crafted from a diverse blend of British Columbia-grown varietals. Designed to be approachable and versatile, this wine combines lively fruit expression with refreshing acidity and a distinctive mineral character.
A three-day period of skin contact developed the wine’s attractive ruby-pink colour while enhancing aromatic intensity and texture. The majority of the blend was fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and fruit purity, while a small portion was fermented in new French oak barrels to add subtle complexity and mouthfeel. A short period of lees aging further refined the wine, creating balance between bright fruit and structure.
