Sauvignon Blanc

2025 Sauvignon Blanc
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia VQA

Wine Profile

Crisp, vibrant, and classically expressive, our 2025 Sauvignon Blanc showcases the cool-climate precision of the Okanagan Valley. This vintage balances freshness and texture, combining bright stainless-steel fermentation with a subtle portion aged in neutral oak to add depth without overshadowing varietal character.

Lees aging contributes gentle weight and complexity while preserving the wine’s lively, refreshing structure.
