Bright, aromatic, and expressive, our 2025 Estate Grown Bacchus captures the vibrant character of the Fraser Valley growing season. Carefully crafted to highlight freshness and layered aromatics, this vintage offers both immediate charm and elegant complexity.

A brief skin contact prior to pressing enhanced aromatic intensity and texture, followed by a slow, cool fermentation to preserve delicate fruit character. A short period of lees aging adds roundness and depth while maintaining a lively finish.


Winemaking

  • Appellation: Fraser Valley BC VQA

  • Alcohol: 12.5% alc./vol.

  • Skin Contact: 2–4 hours prior to pressing

  • Fermentation: Slow, cool fermentation at 13–14°C for approximately 3 weeks

  • Aging: Brief lees aging to build mouthfeel and complexity

Appearance
Pale straw with youthful brilliance.

Nose
Expressive and lifted aromatics of apricot, lime, jackfruit, and fresh melon.

Palate
Rich yet fresh on entry, with vibrant flavours of lemon zest and crisp apple layered over soft floral tones of honeysuckle. The wine carries a gentle texture and a clean structure, leading to a lingering, refreshing finish.


Style

Aromatic, off-dry to dry style white wine with lively acidity and a balanced, fruit-forward profile.

Beautifully aromatic and balanced wine, with fresh, fruit-forward flavours of lemon, orange and honeysuckle while the notes of apricot and peach enhance the nose. The wine’s aromatic intensity and subtle creaminess showcase the cool-climate influences of Langley, BC, making it a standout expression of Siegerrebe.

Winemaker Notes
Short skin contact for 3 hours to extract aroma. Fermented in stainless steel tank
for 3 weeks with low temperature, aged on less post fermentation for 2 months.
