Pinot Gris

2025 Pinot Gris
British Columbia, BC VQA

Wine Profile

Expressive and layered, the 2025 Pinot Gris highlights the versatility of this varietal in British Columbia’s cool-climate vineyards. A full 24 hours of skin contact gives the wine added aromatic depth, gentle colour, and a lightly textured mouthfeel while maintaining freshness and lift.
Fermented primarily in stainless steel to preserve bright fruit character, a small portion aged in oak contributes subtle roundness and balance without dominating the wine’s vibrant personality.
