Chaberton Estate Winery – Harvest 2025

The most exciting time of year has kicked into overdrive.  The mornings are crisp, the vineyard is buzzing with activity, and our team is busy hand-picking our estate-grown Bacchus. This vibrant varietal, known for its aromatic character and crisp freshness, is always one of the highlights of our season, and the fruit is showing excellent quality this year.

The clusters are soft green and fragrant, a promise of the fresh, aromatic wine we’ll be crafting in the months to come. With every bin of fruit that comes in from the vineyard, there’s excitement- this is where the story of the vintage truly begins. Harvest is a time of energy, passion, and teamwork here at the winery. From the vineyard crew to our winemaking team, everyone is united in the common goal of crafting wines that showcase the best of our region. 

While the Bacchus is by far our largest crop, our team is eagerly looking ahead to the other varietals that have come in or will soon follow. Early signs point to a promising 2025 vintage. One that captures the balance, freshness, and character our wines are celebrated for.
