2025 Sauvignon Blanc, Okanagan Valley BC VQA
Crisp, vibrant, and classically expressive, our 2025 Sauvignon Blanc showcases the cool-climate precision of the Okanagan Valley. This vintage balances freshness and texture, combining bright stainless-steel fermentation with a subtle portion aged in neutral oak to add depth without overshadowing varietal character. Fresh and mineral-driven with flavours of bell pepper, wet stone, and ripe peach. Clean acidity carries through to a focused, refreshing finish with subtle texture from lees contact.
2023 Estate Grown Madeleine Sylvaner, Fraser Valley BC VQA
This expressive Madeleine Sylvaner from the Fraser Valley showcases a beautifully nuanced winemaking approach. On the nose, inviting aromas of ripe pear, yellow plum, and a whisper of popcorn intertwine with elegant vanilla undertones. The palate delivers flavours of quince, lemon zest, and a delicate echo of that same popcorn note, all carried by a full-bodied, rounded structure.
2024 Estate Grown Madeleine Angevine, Fraser Valley BC VQA
Return to our roots with our Madeleine Angevine, grown exclusively on our Langley Estate. This fresh white wine balanced with a charming mix of fruit, floral and mineral notes is enhanced by a modest use of oak, without overshadowing it’s vibrancy. 76% of wine was fermented in stainless steel tank for 30 days with the temperature 16 C, and 24% in brand new american oak barrels. Aged on lees for a short period of time post fermentation.
2024 Chaberton Pink, British Columbia BC VQA
Crafted from Pinot Noir with a blend of Gamay Noir and Siegerrebe, this rosé shines with a vibrant ruby hue and fresh, fruit-forward charm. Aromas of watermelon, honey, and strawberry lead to a mineral palate with notes of raspberry and red apple. Skin contact for 3 days to obtain beautiful ruby colour. Fermented mostly in stainless steel with a touch aged in French oak, this rosé is bright, textured, and beautifully balanced.
2024 La Fleur de Chaberton, Okanagan Valley BC VQA
This provence style Rose takes Cabernet Franc and blends it with Pinot Noir, Madeleine Sylvaner, Gewürztraminer, and Pinot Blanc in a combination of whole bunch press and de-steamed grapes to produce a pale tangerine hue and citrus flavours. Nine percent of the juice was fermented and aged in our new 400L French oak barrels for 22 days before being added to the rest of the wine in stainless steel tanks. The nose is fresh with notes of mineral, citrus, and cantaloupe, while the flavours of grapefruit and a lemon twist fill out the palate with a finish of soft acidity and a creamy round mouthfeel.
2023 Pinot Noir, Okanagan Valley BC VQA
The red fruit notes are prominent, with ripe cherry and cranberry taking center stage. There’s a hint of rhubarb and a touch of pomegranate that adds complexity. The oak influence is gracefully integrated, offering gentle toasty vanilla and a slight cedar character from the new barrels, while the 65% neutral oak provides a smooth, harmonious backdrop without overpowering the fruit.
2023 CVO Chaberton Vintage One, Okanagan Valley BC VQA
Crafted from Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, with touches of Petit Verdot and Malbec, this blend is elegant and complex. Aged for 12 months in French oak, it shows aromas of spice, tobacco leaf, blackberry, and plum. The palate offers bright notes of mint, red currant, and oak with a smooth, balanced finish.
2020 Meritage, Okanagan Valley BC VQA
An elegant full body blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc is spicy on the nose with notes of black currant, ripe prunes and dried cranberries with hints of rosemary and bay leaf. Refined flavours of black olives, pomegranate, vanilla and baking spices accentuates an extended long finish.
