Description
Wine Tasting Notes

Lively, refreshing, and delightfully aromatic, our 2025 Estate Grown Frizzante Siegerrebe is a lightly sparkling wine that captures the vibrant character of the Fraser Valley. Crafted primarily from estate-grown Siegerrebe with a touch of Madeleine Sylvaner.

Delicately infused with effervescence, this frizzante style offers a soft, lively sparkle that lifts notes of stone fruit, citrus blossom, and ripe melon. Light on its feet with a crisp, clean finish, it’s an easy-drinking wine perfect for warm afternoons, casual gatherings, or aperitif moments.

Winemaker Notes

A short period of skin contact prior to pressing enhanced the wine’s expressive aromatics, while a slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel preserved its fresh fruit character. The gentle sparkle lifts the wine’s lively acidity and vibrant flavours, making it an ideal aperitif or companion to warm summer days.

Food Pairing Notes

Perfect for any occasion, with friends and fun!
