Description
Wine Tasting Notes
Barrel fermented and aged on the lees for 10 months, and undergoing malolactic fermentation alongside alcohol fermentation. Aromas of pineapple, vanilla and coconut with a refreshing palate of citrus, popcorn, and toasted brioche.
Winemaker Notes
Grown in the Okanagan Valley at Gehringer and Ercego Vineyards, this Chardonnay was aged for 10 months in 40% new French oak barrels.
Food Pairing Notes
Pairs beautifully with seared and roasted shellfish or porkbelly, winter squash, and soft/semi soft cheeses
Try with butternut squash ravioli, in a sage brown butter sauce
