Wine Tasting Notes
Gewürztraminer is a German term that means “Spiced Traminer” or “Perfumed Traminer” and the grape originated from the Alsace region of France.
With aromas of rose petal, lychee and melon, this golden coloured wine was soaked on the skin for 3 hours before fermentation. Aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve the notes of fresh green apple on the palate, leading to a rich minerality on the finish.
