Wine Tasting Notes
With notes of gooseberry, green pepper and lychee on the nose, this Sauvignon Blanc has an elevated volume and texture brought on by a small portion of the wine being fermented and aged in oak for 4 months. Pineapple and lime finish the fresh flavours of this elegant vintage.
7% of this wine was fermented in french oak and aged on the lees post fermentation for 4 months, with battonage once a week to elevate volume and mouthfeel. 93% of the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks to preserve fruitiness and fresh aroma.
